40 Hours/Week Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility (LTC setting). The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, support nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a long-term care environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility Provide routine patient care under supervision of nursing staff Monitor and report changes in resident condition Support residents' comfort, safety, and dignity Assist with basic clinical tasks as directed by licensed nurses Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Follow infection control and facility safety protocols Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents Required Qualifications Active CNA certification (State of North Dakota or compact/eligible certification) Ability to work 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shifts Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to follow facility policies and clinical instructions For more details reach at mdeshpande@navitashealth.com
