Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Home Health Caregivers who are 25 years of age or older, have a valid North Dakota driver's license with a clean driving record, and are available for a flexible work schedule. Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure a safe and supportive home environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility, as needed. Offer companionship and emotional support. Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings (using personal vehicle). Maintain a safe and clean home environment. Communicate regularly with office staff and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid North Dakota driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance & Registration. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required — training provided. Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a compassionate attitude.
