You'll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps therapy running smoothly—and the friendly face that helps patients feel ready and confident for each session. What You'll Do A day in this role is a mix of coordination, patient support, and teamwork: Prepare equipment for new admissions (wheelchairs, walkers, and more) Transport patients to and from therapy sessions and assist with scheduling coordination Help patients get ready for therapy (toileting, dressing, donning shoes, etc.) Support therapists during treatments and restorative programs Maintain and organize therapy equipment and supplies Complete documentation and file rehab paperwork accurately What You'll Need Active CNA or PTA license in the state of Nebraska Experience working with older adults in post-acute or similar settings preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred A team-first mindset and strong attention to detail Why Join Innovate Rehab & Wellness?
