Are you looking for work that feels meaningful and not just something to clock in and out of? At Home Care Partners, you'll provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. This is not a facility role-you'll work directly with clients, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent while building real relationships along the way. We're hiring both full-time (30-40 hours/week) and part-time (16-29 hours/week) caregivers across Lincoln. What You'll Do (and Why It Matters) Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines Provide medication reminders and safe transfers Document care and communicate updates so we can support each client effectively This role is about more than tasks-it's about showing up for someone who depends on you. Full-Time:
30-40 hours per week
Part-Time:
16-29 hours per week Shift options: Mornings (8 AM
- 12 PM) Afternoons (12 PM
- 5 PM) Evenings (5 PM
- 9 PM) Awake Overnights (9 PM
- 8 AM) Weekend availability required (at least 2 per month) You'll be scheduled with clients based on your availability and fit.
