Job Description

A Restorative Aide (CNA required) works in a skilled nursing facility to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with restorative nursing programs and exercises Encourage mobility, strength, balance, and independence with daily activities Support walking, range‑of‑motion, transfer, and positioning programs Document resident progress and report changes to nursing staff Collaborate with therapy and nursing departments Provide compassionate, resident‑centered care
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification required Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate attitude and commitment to resident dignity and independence
Preferred Skills:
Previous long‑term care or restorative experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
