We're looking for a motivated Nurse or Medical Assistant to support our providers and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. What You'll Do Complete patient intake: record vitals, review medications and allergies, gather social and family histories, and document accurately Assist providers with minor procedures, perform EKGs, administer immunizations, and handle phlebotomy and in-house lab processing Process prescription refills, prior authorizations, and return patient phone calls Relay lab results within your scope of practice Provide cross coverage as part of our Clinical Support Team — answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, processing refills, and relaying results with professionalism and care What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing or Medical Assisting program Current Nebraska LPN license or Medical Assistant certification Nebraska Medication Aide licensure preferred for MAs (we'll help you obtain it if needed) Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical clinic preferred Ability to work 7am-530pm during the week and rotating Saturdays Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills Team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for patient care Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure Desire to grow in your career and assume additional responsibilities Why You'll Love Working Here Independent, physician-owned practice - we prioritize patient care and employee satisfaction Supportive, close-knit team that values collaboration and fun at work 4 day work week, no holidays Opportunities to learn and grow through cross-training and professional development Meaningful relationships with patients and families in a trusted community clinic If you're ready to join a team that combines professional excellence with compassion and teamwork, we want to meet you!
