Professional Caregiver Does:

We look for individuals who bring a "CNA mindset" to every shift, ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality support:

Technical Care:

Provide expert assistance with ADLs, including hygiene, grooming, and incontinence care.

Mobility & Safety:

Utilize proper transfer techniques (Gait belts, etc.) and assist with mobility to ensure client safety.

Clinical Excellence:

Manage medication reminders, prepare nutritious meals, and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a healthy environment.

Professional Reporting:

Document client status with detail and communicate effectively with our office staff and families.

Reliable Transport:

Assist clients to and from appointments and outings around Omaha. Qualifications Our Standards (What We're Looking For):

Professional:

You arrive on time, in professional attire (scrubs or business casual as required), with a polished and respectful presence.

CNA-Type Skills:

Significant hands-on experience with bathing and toileting assistance and transfers (hoyer and gait belt)

Expertise:

Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a significant plus.

Reliability:

A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle are a must.

Integrity:
