Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems. Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care strategies and behavioral health support. Follow the principles of infection control Collaborate with nursing staff to report changes in patient condition promptly; participate in care planning and documentation efforts. Engage and interact compassionately with residents,delivering care tailored to individual needs within a residential care setting, Requirements Valid certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA). Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, hospice care, or outpatient clinics. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS). Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. Ability to work effectively on weekend shifts and during peak hours; flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs. Strong communication skills with a positive attitude; committed to providing excellent patient service. Prior experience with geriatric population is preferred.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
