Job Description

Category CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant Job Type Contract A new opportunity is available for a skilled professional with a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or Medical Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a student within a life skills program. This contract role runs Monday through Friday, from 8:50 a.m. to 3:22 p.m., with an anticipated end date of June 2026. In this role, you will play a key part in both academic and personal care support for a student in a middle school setting, ensuring a safe, dignified, and engaging learning environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Active New Hampshire CNA or LNA certification required Medical Assistant experience also welcomed Previous experience in school, pediatric, special education, or care environments is highly desirable Ability to assist with toileting and positioning as part of a student's care plan Compassionate, patient, and adaptable communication style Strong team player with a collaborative approach
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to a student in the life skills program Assist with academic tasks, lesson participation, and classroom activities Support the student's toileting and positioning needs according to their care plan Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and the student's family to foster successful outcomes Promote the student's dignity, independence, and social participation
