CNA Certified Nursing Assistant every other Weekend Grove Park Healthcare Center East Orange, NJ Job Details Per diem $20 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED CNA Full Job Description CNA Certified Nursing Assistant every other Weekend Job Summary Grove Park Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, formerly known as New Grove Manor, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team. As a CNA at our East Orange, New Jersey facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while working every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff Develop and maintain a rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a positive work environment
