• $25/hr Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using tools like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates, ensuring accurate medical documentation in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems Support medication administration under supervision, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments in memory or behavioral health settings Assist with catheter care, wound care, and other medical procedures following established protocols and infection control standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in acute care environments such as Level I Trauma Centers or ICU units to deliver comprehensive patient care Engage in patient service activities across inpatient, outpatient, home care, or community settings to promote comfort and recovery.

Requirements:

License issued by the State of NJ TB or chest x-ray Physical Report Flu shot (This season) Covid Test Report CPR/BLS Candidate must know
