Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide to join our team at Amber Court of Elizabeth. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provides personal restorative nursing care to residents, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and supportive environment Establishes and maintains positive relationships with residents, families, and the community Creates a customer-friendly environment, ensuring the highest level of quality care and satisfaction Assists with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and/or Certified Hime Health Aide with a valid certification Minimum of 1-3 years of experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our organization High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work a flexible schedule, including per diem shifts Strong communication and interpersonal skills
