Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) $22•24/hr Now Hiring for All Shifts•Per Diem Looking for a role that fits your life? Join our team and choose from a variety of shift options. Whether you prefer days, evenings, or overnight coverage, we offer scheduling that works for you—plus added pay incentives for weekend shifts. We also have full time and part time opportunities for CNA's and CHHA's! Available Shifts (Flexible):
Morning:
7:00 AM•3:00
PMEvening:
3:00 PM•11:00
PM Overnight:
11:00 PM•7:00
AM Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00, based on experienceAdditional weekend differential pay Position Overview As a Certified Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide hands-on support to residents in an assisted living setting, promoting independence while delivering respectful and compassionate care. You'll assist with daily routines and help ensure each individual receives care tailored to their personal needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobilityEncourage independence while maintaining a safe environmentBuild meaningful connections through attentive, person-centered careObserve and report changes in residents' condition to the care teamContribute to residents' overall well-being—physically, emotionally, and socially Requirements Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required per state guidelines) About the Community Medford Leas is a well-established continuing care retirement community rooted in Quaker values, serving over 600 residents across two campuses in Medford and Lumberton, NJ.
