What You'll Do:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering professional nursing care, supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being, and collaborating with families and staff to ensure exceptional resident-centered care. Provide professional nursing care to residents in accordance with community policies, procedures, and New Jersey nursing standards Supervise and support nursing assistants and other nursing personnel on assigned shifts Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while respecting each resident's emotional, cultural, religious, and personal needs Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality care and positive outcomes Assist with activities of daily living and restorative nursing care as outlined in individualized care plans Participate in the orientation, training, and support of newly assigned nursing staff What We're Looking for in a Registered Nurse (RN): Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing BSN preferred Previous long-term care or senior living experience preferred Why Join UMC?
