Position Details:
Shift:
Full-time 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM Every other weekend and holiday required As a Resident Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
You'll assist with daily activities, medication management, and community engagement, embodying a passion for working with seniors and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) Support participation in exercise programs and community activities Help during mealtimes, including setup and cleanup Monitor and report changes in residents' health to the appropriate team members Ensure safety procedures are followed and incidents are reported promptly Complete training, maintain certifications, and document care appropriately
Skills & Qualifications:
Compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Strong communication and problem-solving skills Flexible and responsive to the needs of the community Certification in caregiving (if required by the state) Become part of a team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors every day!
Pay:
Up to $19.00 per hour
