In this vital role, you will provide essential direct patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for individuals across various care settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient support Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Monitor and record vital signs accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems. Experience Candidates should possess prior experience in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or outpatient clinics.
Specific experience preferred includes:
Critical care experience in ICU or Level II Trauma Centers. Long-term care or geriatric experience focusing on geriatrics and dementia care.
