The CNA will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role focuses on assisting residents with daily activities while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding) Monitor and document vital signs Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Observe and report changes in patient condition Maintain a clean and safe environment Follow infection control and safety protocols Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements:

Active CNA License (New Mexico) BLS/CPR Certification (preferred) Previous CNA experience required Ability to work night shifts
