Minutes Position Summary:
Rio Rancho Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 6-week contract assignment. The CNA will provide direct patient care, assist residents with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient conditions. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities. Ensure resident comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. Support nursing staff with routine patient care tasks. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Active CNA Certification in New Mexico. Current BLS Certification preferred. Covid Card Driving License Last 4-digit SSN Thanks & Regards, Amit Singh Sr.
