Minutes Job Requirements:
Active CNA Certification Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred Ability to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Experience monitoring and documenting vital signs Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting Monitor and record vital signs and resident observations Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation Maintain accurate patient documentation Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents Follow facility policies, HIPAA regulations, and infection control standards Report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
