  • Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, medication management, and mobility assistance
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, including vital signs and behavior
  • Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Nevada
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
