As a Restorative Nursing Assistant CNA , you'll be an essential part of our care team, working to bring smiles, movement, and encouragement to our amazing residents.What You'll Do:
Move, Motivate & Make a Difference! Champion Independence- Help residents rebuild strength and mobility with fun and engaging restorative programs. Encourage Progress
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers to keep our residents active. Be Their Cheerleader
- Motivate residents through personalized restorative exercises while providing emotional support. Hands-On Care
- Provide bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal care , making each day comfortable and dignified for our residents. Keep It Safe & Sound
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, ensuring their well-being at all times. Team Player Vibes
- Work closely with nurses, therapists, and fellow CNAs to provide the best care possible. What You Need to Shine! Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License (We love experienced CNAs, but if you're new, we'll train you!) A Passion for Helping Others
