Role:
  • As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Mission Pines Nursing & Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized care to our residents.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and vital sign monitoring. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff, and contributing to a safe and supportive environment.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and vital sign monitoring
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration, vital signs, and observations
  • Report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in in-service training and education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Nevada
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
