• $150,000 + RVU Bonus Opportunities A growing medical group providing primary care services to nursing home patients is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join their team in a skilled nursing facility located in Brewster, NY.

This role focuses on providing high-quality primary care to geriatric patients within a nursing home environment. The provider will manage a panel of patients, coordinate care with facility staff, and ensure patients receive comprehensive medical attention. Schedule The provider will work Monday through Friday with flexibility to structure their schedule, including the option to work a 4-day week. Providers may choose their daily working hours (for example 8-3, 9-5, or similar). Providers must remain available and accessible by phone between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM for patient care needs. Compensation Structure The group offers flexible compensation models including: Base salary between $130,000
