Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 2:45 PM (school hours, no nights/weekends)

ASAP start through Friday, June 26, 2026 (end of school year)

Pay:
$23.00/hour About the Role US Medical Staffing is hiring a CNA for a short-term assignment supporting the licensed nursing team (RN/LPN) in a Nassau County high school health office. You'll work alongside school nurses to provide front-line care to students in a structured, daytime setting. Responsibilities Assist the RN/LPN with daily health office operations Support student care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Maintain accurate paper timesheets and basic documentation Follow school health office protocols and
HIPAA/FERPA
standards Requirements Active New York State CNA certification (in good standing) Current BLS/CPR certification Ability to pass a fingerprint background check through NYSED (required for all school placements) Reliable transportation to Cedarhurst, NY Professional demeanor; comfortable working with adolescents Preferred Prior experience in a school, pediatric, or office-based setting Strong communication skills
