Role & Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident care and support services in accordance with facility policies and nursing direction. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). Support nursing staff in delivering quality resident care. Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity. Follow facility infection control and safety procedures. Accurately complete assigned documentation and reporting requirements. Participate in facility orientation and competency training. Work assigned shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as approved by the facility.

Required Qualifications:

Active New York State Nurse Aide Registry Certification. Current CPR certification. About our
