Job Description

Required Experience :
Experience working in a fast-paced office or healthcare environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to prioritize tasks with a strong sense of urgency Proficiency with administrative systems and electronic medical records (EMR) Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining the organization and administrative operations of the nursing office Manage phone triage, including receiving and routing calls related to physicians and hospital coordination under supervision Maintain and update electronic systems, including scanning and logging medical documentation into EMR Support ordering and inventory management of medical supplies, including injectable and implant tracking Process purchase requisitions, match invoices and packing slips, and ensure proper approvals Act as liaison between vendors and internal teams (Patient Care Coordinators, Office Managers, Supply Chain, Facilities, Nursing Leadership) Monitor and communicate scheduling changes, equipment needs, and inventory issues to leadership (ONM, AONM, DON) Coordinate equipment repairs, track progress, and manage associated documentation and approvals Maintain and log implant returns and assist with monthly injectable inventory reporting Coordinate with anesthesia group to provide updated OR schedules Assist with surgical equipment reservations and coordinate logistics with Facilities Management Support nursing leadership with clearances, lab work, and daily staffing adjustments Identify workflow inefficiencies and assist in implementing process improvements Develop and maintain working knowledge of Nextech; generate reports as requested Take meeting minutes and assist with preparation and coordination of quarterly nursing meetings
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Compensation:
$28.00-$30.00 WHAT
