You will be an essential part of a collaborative team, supporting residents and patients with their daily needs while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity. Duties Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature; accurately document findings Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper procedures are followed in accordance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments through tailored activities and attentive supervision Assist with activities and toileting at our day program. Maintain infection control protocols by practicing proper aseptic techniques and adhering to safety standards across all patient interactions. Qualifications Valid or past CNA certification or PCA license . Previous experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, or home care is a must. Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs is highly desirable Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and vital signs measurement essential for effective patient care Ability to perform physically demanding tasks ,comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Strong communication skills coupled with compassion and patience to provide exceptional senior care and patient service Certification in basic life support (BLS) or CPR preferred; will help obtain if no currently licensed Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering compassionate healthcare.
