Company Summary Seeking
EXPERIENCED
Aesthetic Provider for a medical practice offering advanced cosmetic Plastic Surgery and noninvasive MedSpa services. Position Summary The Aesthetic Provider (PA/APRN) may provide elective care for cosmetic complaints that can be reasonably treated with modaltities such as injectables, energy devices, as well as micro-needling. The elective care includes taking medical histories, performing examinations, developing a treatment plan for cosmetic patients and administering treatment. Provide a throrough patient examination and document patient's relevant history Provide skincare services,, LASER treatments, neurotoxin and HA filler injections, micro-needling, CoolSculpting, RadioFrequency and other aesthetic treatments as indicated The Aesthetic Provider (PA/APRN) is also responsible for managing the post-operative care of surgery patients, covering the phone for after-hours patient calls, and occasionally assisting in the procedure room. What You Must Bring to This Role Completion of a Master's Degree PA or APRN program Nationally certified PA-C or APRN with DEA and a New York State License in good standing
  • required A dedication to learning and an enthusiastic attitude Aesthetics experience of 2+ years required Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with patients, physicians & other staff members
  • required Demonstrated leadership adopting Medical Technology/Information Technology
  • required Experience in patient evaluation and triage procedures
  • required Proven success in the ability to read, understand, follow & enforce safety procedures
  • required Demonstrated knowledge of clinical operations & procedures
  • required A history of excellence in communication, active listening, & problem solving
  • required Strong interpersonal skills & a history of effectively working across a wide range of individuals
  • required Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • required Demonstrated success delivering neurotoxin and HA filler treatments
  • required Demonstrated success delivering LASER treatments for hair removal, spider veins, telangiectasias, pigmentation/sun damage, acne scars, wrinkles, collagen stimulation, rosacea
  • desired Trained in and prior success with
Cutera, Excel V, Laser Genesis, and Nd:
Yag LASER equipment
  • desired Trained in and prior success with TempSure radio frequency (RF) equipment
  • desired Trained in and prior success with CoolSculpting, SkinPen Microneedling & Hydrafacial equipment
  • desired Working Conditions & Physical Efforts Work is performed under stressful conditions, and irregular hours in an office work environment May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
