Responsibilities:

Assist residents with ADLs, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity. Provide compassionate care, accurately document activities, and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet resident needs.

Qualifications:

Active NYS CNA | Compassionate, team-oriented mindset | Long-term care experience preferred but not required
