Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and support to residents, including but not limited to, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and toileting Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other treatment modalities as directed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and activities Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Demonstrate a patient-centered approach, prioritizing dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of New York Prior experience preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time appropriately
