• Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Assist with medication management and administration under supervision. Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Monitor and document any health changes or concerns, promptly reporting to healthcare professionals. Engage clients in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families. Follow care plans and protocols as outlined by healthcare providers.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required. Previous experience in a caregiver or similar role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift and support patients with mobility needs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
