Full-time CNA FT Evenings Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring CNA to join our team at Eastern Star Home in Oriskany, NY. As a CNA, you will provide routine, daily nursing care to our residents in accordance with our established nursing care procedures. Responsibilities:

Provide routine, daily nursing care to residents in accordance with established procedures Participate in and receive report from the nurse upon reporting for duty Review Resident Care Profiles daily to ensure appropriate nursing care Assist residents with oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, and hair care Perform daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information Treat all residents with kindness, dignity, and respect Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures

Expectations:

Report to work on time and ready to work at the start of the shift Provide proper notification when late or absent Demonstrate reliability and willingness to take additional responsibilities Maintain confidentiality of all resident, facility, and physician-related information Report to work well-groomed and in compliance with dress code Interact positively with residents, visitors, physicians, volunteers, and co-workers

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform lifting, bending, and stretching without limitations
