Full Job Description Job Overview:

As a CNA- Escort, you would work a flexible schedule and be responsible for transporting patients from our Nursing Home to and from outside doctors' appointments , ensuring safe and comfortable movement between various locations. You will play a vital role in facilitating patient care, particularly for those who require assistance with mobility and support while outside the facility. Key Responsibilities:

Transporting Patients:

Safely move patients using wheelchairs, stretchers, or by assisting them to walk.
