NY RN License, CNOR, BLS, DaVinci Robotics Experience About the Role We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant Robotics OR for a contract assignment in Rochester, New York. This role requires strong robotic surgery experience, DaVinci system familiarity, and the ability to support complex surgical cases in a high-acuity operating room setting. Responsibilities Provide RNFA support during robotic and general OR procedures Assist surgeons with exposure, retraction, suturing, and intraoperative support Support robotic urology, GYN, colorectal, thoracic, surgical oncology, and general surgery cases Maintain sterile technique and follow OR safety protocols Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, scrub staff, and circulating nurses Prepare for assigned cases and anticipate surgical team needs Participate in on-call coverage based on unit needs Requirements Active New York Registered Nurse license required CNOR certification required Current AHA BLS certification required ACLS preferred, AHA only DaVinci robotic surgery experience required Experience with robotic urology, GYN, colorectal, thoracic, surgical oncology, and general surgery required Minimum 2 years of OR experience in a Level 1 trauma setting preferred Must be able to work Monday Friday day shifts with on-call responsibilities Strong communication, surgical judgment, and teamwork skills required We're excited to review your application and look forward to having you as part of our team.
