Job Opening:

Home Care Aide - must be certified PCA•,

HHA or CNA Branch:

Rome, NY Job Location(s): VA home care clients in Rome NY (work also available in surrounding towns)

Rate:

$19.75 / hour for VA casework

Available Shifts:

Day shifts - 2 to 4 hours with each client, may travel to see 3-4 clients per day depending on shift length. If you have had at least 3 months of previous hands-on caregiving experience in the last three years, you may qualify to become a PCA through our free one-day alternative competency training class. Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license , and be willing to drive clients to appointments if necessary. May also run errands/shop for clients (mileage paid). Must be certified Personal Care Aide, HHA, or CNA (expired PCA or HHA ok) Will transition CNA to HHA with a free one-day class Nursing students may be able to work for us as HHA's - ask us how!
