Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the nursing team.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification in the state of NY Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team Flexibility to adapt to various resident needs Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or long-term care setting is advantageous
