We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents safely Take and record vital signs Support residents with meals and hydration Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications:

Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio Compassionate and patient-centered attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle physical demands of the job Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
