State Tested Nursing Assistant /
STNA Job Summary:
Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and motivated State Tested Nursing Assistant / STNA to join our team of healthcare professionals in a full-time role. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and contribute to our mission of providing individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure accurate and timely documentation Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Demonstrate a commitment to our company's mission and values

Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 65-bed facility located in beautiful East Palestine, OH. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents, and we offer a range of amenities and services to support their well-being.

Requirements:
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting (preferred) Ability to relocate to East Palestine, OH before starting work Ability to work in person How to
