Base Salary:
$310,000 guaranteed
Total Compensation Potential:
$310,000
Student Support:
$100,000 (structured over 1-5 years)
Paid Time Off:
368 hours annually (8 weeks vacation/CME plus paid holidays)
CME & Board Certification Allowance:
$4,000 annually Overtime (Over 40 Hours): $225/hour callback rate
Vacation Payout:
Up to 80 hours at hourly rate
Retirement:
403(b) with 4% employer match beginning in year two

Position Details Required Skills:
Peripheral nerve blocks, pediatrics, and IV regional blocks (training available for new grads) No call, no weekends, and no holidays Monday-Friday schedule, 5×8s, 7:00am-3:30pm Practice with a high degree of autonomy and independence Overtime opportunities available Diverse case mix including ENT, endoscopy, general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cataracts, pediatrics, podiatry, and ophthalmology Freestanding ambulatory surgery center: 4 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and multiple procedure rooms Currently operating 4-6 rooms daily with growth potential Work alongside highly skilled, collaborative surgeons and experienced OR staff in a collegial environment Blanchard Valley Health System Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS) is more than a hospital.
