State Tested Nurse Assistant Job Summary Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes? As a State Tested Nurse Assistant at Aging in Place Home Health Agency, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nurse Assistant to join our team in Lancaster, OH . About the Role As a State Tested Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our clients, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each client. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence for our clients. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide vital sign monitoring and reporting Assist with transfers, ambulation, and fall prevention Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Maintain accurate records of client care and progress Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to clients Requirements Must be certified as a State Tested Nurse Assistant (STNA) in the state of Ohio High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with seniors
