Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) / State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) •Looking for a spanish speaking caregiver in Painesville Ohio•Job Overview We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) to provide in-home care and support to clients. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily activities, monitor their well-being, and help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. This position is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, and committed to improving the quality of life for those they serve. Responsibilities Personal Care Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance and help with safe transfers Daily Living Support Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed Provide companionship and emotional support Housekeeping Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and general cleaning Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Health Monitoring Monitor client health Observe and report any changes in a client's condition to the care team Care Support Provide support for individuals receiving memory care, dementia care, or hospice care Use assistive equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed Documentation Document care provided and client updates accurately in EMR/EHR systems Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect client privacy Skills & Qualifications Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate is required and must be provided , or a valid STNA license CPR certification is required Experience in home health care or long-term care preferred Strong communication and observation skills Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility support Familiarity with EMR/EHR documentation systems is a plus Ability to work independently in a home care environment Compassionate, patient, and dependable Join Our Team If you are passionate about caregiving and want to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, we would love to have you join our team.
