to provide the family with Peace of Mind. Position Overview We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides and Caregivers to join our growing team. Care is provided 4 to 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. Short-term notice placements are available in most cases. Services are provided in homes, facilities, hospitals, and more for clients of all ages. Join us in providing exceptional home & community care that truly transforms lives. Responsibilities Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Transfer assistance and fall prevention Companion and activity support Transportation and errand assistance Alzheimer's and dementia care Respite and overnight care Following client-specific plans of care

Inventory & Supply Control:

Weekly or monthly monitoring and management of client supplies, ensuring essential items are always stocked and up to date Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle required Ability to pass a background check Compassionate, reliable, patient, and understanding Good communication skills Bilingual candidates are a plus What We Offer Immediate openings available Flexible scheduling Training available Supportive team environment Meaningful, rewarding work serving your community Our trained and dedicated staff go above and beyond to exceed client expectations and provide quality, compassionate care.
