Job Description

```Duties```
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Document patient information in electronic medical records system (Epic)
  • Assist with procedures such as spinal taps and IV infusions
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients ```Qualifications```
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a nursing assistant training program
  • Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
  • Acute care experience preferred
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification required
  • Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
  • Experience administering injections and performing IV infusions
  • Ability to lift and move patients safely
  • Experience working with children is a plus
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records system (Epic) is a plus This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
