Current Openings 12-Hour Day Shift Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 12-Hour Night Shift Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Earn More Through Our Clinical Excellence Incentive Program Eligible CNAs can earn an additional $3.00 per hour worked each pay period by meeting program standards. To Qualify Maintain reliable attendance Avoid unauthorized overtime Take all required meal breaks Complete daily check-in requirements Stay current on assigned training Follow parking and workplace policies Remain free of corrective action during the qualifying period What You'll Be Doing As a CNA, you'll help residents remain comfortable, safe, and as independent as possible.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal care and daily routines Supporting mobility, comfort, and overall well-being Responding promptly to resident requests and needs Communicating resident concerns and changes to the nursing team Helping create a clean, welcoming, and safe living environment Building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers Following established care plans and safety procedures What We're Looking For Current Oklahoma CNA certification Current American Heart Association CPR and First Aid certification Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable work ethic and positive attitude Genuine desire to serve and care for older adults Why Choose Epworth Villa?
