Job Description

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
Job Summary:
Sequoyah Pointe Living Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while working evenings Monday through Friday. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including vital sign checks, bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and ambulation Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nurses Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Support residents' independence and dignity while promoting a safe and comfortable living environment
Requirements:
Active certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with the assistance of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
