! Job Summary Join our dedicated healthcare team as a 3-11 CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) working Monday through Friday! In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality patient care across various settings, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for individuals of all ages. Your energetic and proactive approach will support the health and well-being of patients in hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home care environments. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while working within a dynamic and supportive team. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments, utilizing techniques like aseptic procedures and dementia care best practices Operate patient lifts such as Hoyer lifts safely to prevent injury during transfers and assist with mobility challenges Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical records while respecting patient privacy and confidentiality standards Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
