Job Description

CRNA locum opportunity in La Grande, Oregon , starting January 2026 . This is an excellent critical access assignment for providers who enjoy autonomy, a variety of cases, and a beautiful Pacific Northwest location. Critical Access Hospital Schedule:
4 10-hour shifts/week
Assignment Length:
3 6 months
Start Date:
January 5, 2026
Call:
1 weekday/week + 1 weekend/month
EMR:
Epic Compensation:
Hourly Pay:
$250 $260/hr ️ Travel covered Housing provided (cannot bill if housing is accepted)
Case Mix & Skills:
Ortho, General, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, occasional Endoscopy No heads, hearts, or spines Must be proficient in OB if taking call
Required Skills:
Spinals, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, Ultrasound-guided procedures (PICC preferred but not required)
Requirements:
Active Oregon CRNA License Board Certified DEA preferred
COVID-19
