Job Description
- Home Care CNA (20-40 hours/week)

- As a valued member of our caregiving team, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional in-home care to aging and disabled adults in the Medford and Redmond, Oregon areas. As a Home Care CNA, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, and make a positive impact on our clients' lives.
- About the
Role:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and assist with medical treatments as needed
- Encourage independence and promote a positive living environment
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to clients, promoting dignity and autonomy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in on-call rotation and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
