SB 469 Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction.

Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a dedicated spirit of service, strong communication skills, a meticulous approach to patient support, and an unwavering commitment to our mission of dignified, high-quality healthcare. Provides patient personal care/hygiene and physical comfort, including feeding, bathing, shaving, changing clothes, bed making, ambulation, lifting, turning, moving, transferring, skin care and bowel/bladder elimination. Provides additional care as required to meet the personal primary needs and comfort of assigned patient based on skill, ability, limitations of scope of practice and patient acuity. Prepares patient, equipment and supplies for specific procedures/examinations. Performs, monitors, reports and documents all clinical activities within scope of practice. Observes and reports changes in patient condition to the RN. Obtains labels and transports a variety of samples.

Casual Part-Time, Varied Job Requirements Required Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program Oregon CNA License AHA BLS within 30 days Preferred High School Diploma or GED Experience in a hospital setting 6 months related work experience
