Responsibilities As a valued member of the healthcare team, and under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are responsible for providing and documenting care that supports patients' activities of daily living.
This includes:
Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming Maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment Practicing basic infection control procedures Ensuring adequate nutrition and fluid intake Recognizing and responding appropriately to emergencies You will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining respect for patient dignity, autonomy, and individual routines.
